Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped once a week on Mondays.

  • Orders placed before Sunday at 11:59 PM (CST) will ship the following Monday.

  • Orders placed on Monday or after will ship the next Monday.

Shipping Locations

  • You’ll see available shipping options and rates at checkout, based on your location.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • International orders may ship via UPS, USPS International, or DHL, depending on destination and speed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment (depending on country and customs)

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
